1. Information We Collect
Two kinds of information are involved when you use our site: details you choose to share with us through our forms, and the limited technical information needed for the site to work.
- Form details: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the tour you are interested in, the number of travellers and your message.
- Acknowledgement record: confirmation on the form that you have read the Personal Data Protection Notice.
- Technical information: details such as IP address, date and time of your visit, and browser and device type, recorded automatically in the server logs of our hosting infrastructure.
- Browser preferences: records such as your language choice and an unfinished form draft, stored only in the local storage of your own device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for the purposes below. We do not use it for targeted advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
- To respond to your information and callback requests and to contact you by phone or e-mail.
- To provide up-to-date programme, price and availability information for the tour you are interested in.
- To keep the site secure and running smoothly and to prevent misuse and spam submissions.
- To remember choices such as your language preference so the site is easier to use.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We never sell or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information may be shared only in the following cases, and only as far as necessary:
- With providers of our website, form and e-mail infrastructure, solely so that they can deliver those services.
- If your request becomes a booking, and with your knowledge, with business partners that deliver tour services, such as airlines, hotels, transfer companies and local agencies.

4. Third-Party Resources
Some content is loaded from third-party servers so that our pages open quickly and look their best. When you open a page, your browser connects to these servers directly, so technical details such as your IP address, browser information and the page making the request may be passed to the provider concerned. These servers may be located outside Türkiye, and how each provider handles this information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Our site does not place advertising or tracking cookies on behalf of these providers. The resources we use are:
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com): photographs on our tour and destination pages are served through Unsplash's content delivery network (CDN).
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com): the typefaces used on the site are loaded from Google's servers.
5. Security
Communication between our site and your browser is protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Information received through our forms is accessible only to staff responsible for answering your request, and we take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
That said, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not share sensitive details such as passport scans, ID numbers, card details or passwords through forms, e-mail or messaging apps. If documents are needed at the booking stage, your adviser will tell you separately how to send them.
6. How Long We Keep Information
Information you send through our forms is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and for the periods required by the relevant legislation, after which it is erased, destroyed or anonymised. The retention periods for requests that do and do not lead to a booking are explained in detail in our Personal Data Protection Notice.
You can delete the preference records stored on your device at any time through your browser settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Requests involving children should be sent by a parent or legal guardian; it is enough to include them in the number of travellers and, if needed, mention their ages in the message field.
If you become aware that someone under 18 has sent us personal information, please let us know at merhaba@seyra.travel and we will delete it.

Our site may contain links to our social media accounts, map services and other websites. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy and cookie policies apply, and we are not responsible for its content or practices. We recommend reviewing the policies of every site you visit.
