No. Our website is for information only; there is no online booking, payment or account system. The forms simply let you send an information or callback request. Your booking is confirmed once you have checked availability and price with our adviser and accepted a written package tour contract.

For tours that require a visa, we share the document checklist and guide you through preparing your paperwork and the application process. Unless stated otherwise, visa service fees and consular charges are not included in the tour price and are confirmed separately when you apply. Only the relevant consulate can decide whether to grant a visa, so we recommend applying as early as possible.

On our guided tours, a Turkish-speaking guide accompanies the group for the duration of the programme. At some museums and archaeological sites, local rules may also require a licensed local guide. Where a programme runs without a guide, as with honeymoon packages, this is clearly stated on the tour page, and transfers and meet-and-greet services are provided as described.
